About the Role:
The Senior Compliance Officer / Associated Person ensures the company complies with all financial regulations, including those from the SEC, PSE, CMIC, AMLC, and other relevant agencies. This role oversees internal policies, regulatory reporting, and promotes a strong culture of compliance and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with SEC, PSE, CMIC, AMLC, and other regulations.
Submit timely regulatory filings and act as pa oint of contact during audits or inquiries.
Develop and enforce internal compliance policies and conduct regular audits.
Lead employee training on compliance and foster a compliance-first culture.
Monitor transactions for AML and KYC, and ensure timely submission of CTRs/STRs.
Coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and management on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
Registered CSR (CMIC) and Certified Compliance Officer (SEC) with AML Certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, audit, or risk roles within financial services or capital markets.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEC, PSE, AMLA).
High integrity, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
