Job Description
• Generate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare pay slips and compute bi-monthly payroll.
• Compute and file taxes through the EFPS (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Coordinate with the BIR on tax audits and VAT refunds.
• Collaborate with external auditors on transfer pricing and annual statutory audits.
• Supervise the Accounting and Finance Team in their daily tasks.
• Manage the company’s finances, including financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and assets.
• Handle forecasting and budgeting.
• Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and financial laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.
• Assist in strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial insights.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Handle financial audits and cash flow forecasting.

Working Conditions:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 working hours per day on a flexible schedule starting from 7 to 9 a.m.

Qualifications:
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the general construction and engineering industry.
• Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in an accounting department.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a strong emphasis on SAP Business and experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Probation Period 6 months
The first performance evaluation will occur at the end of the third month, with the final at the end of the fifth month.
Start Date Earliest possible (Maximum 30 days upon acceptance of Job Offer)
P90,000.00 – P100,000.00 (Fixed Rate)
De minimis (2600.00/Month) + Daily Allowance
