Job Description
Three years of SMT production management experience, rich experience in scheduling execution, personnel management, quality control, material tracking, and capacity improvement. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, cheerful and outgoing personality, good at internal and external communication, principled and flexible. Able to adapt to different levels of work pressure and perform steadily. Able to arrange overtime work in conjunction with production. Take the initiative to make arrangements for cost control and efficiency work, and have the ability to carry out cost control work in various regions. Clear team awareness, ability to participate in production and quality issues inside and outside the factory, ability to analyze and review production and quality conditions and complete corresponding quality improvement reports, and explain them at production and quality meetings. Able to adapt to the fast pace of SMT production.
