Job Description

Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals. This role is essential for driving operational excellence in a BPO environment, leading teams, and implementing scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight: Lead the operations team and ensure service levels are met.
Process Management: Design and implement workflow improvements.
Staff Management: Coach and guide teams to achieve targets.
Reporting: Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Client Relations: Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
3–5 years in an operations management role in a BPO or similar industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client management skills
Proven ability to manage large teams
Salary:
₱120,000.00 Monthly
