Job Description
Monitor team metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement.
Handle escalations and provide support in Cebuano when needed.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with management to implement strategies and process improvements.
Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide feedback and training to team members to drive skill development.
Maintain a positive team culture and foster collaboration.
