Job Description
-Leading and training store teams
-Managing daily store operations (inventory, merchandising, SOPs)
-Handling VIP clients and resolving customer complaints
-Achieving sales targets and implementing store strategies
-Coordinating with head office teams (HR, finance, merchandising)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any related field
-At least 5 years of experience managing fashion/clothing retail stores
-Background in high-end or luxury retail (e.g., Adora, Rustan’s, SSI brands)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Amenable to work in Taguig
