We are looking for driven and professional Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Follows instructions from Account Manager, Sales Manager or Sales Director.
Provides administrative assistance and support in terms of the following:
Preparation of required sales documents (e.g, quotation, proposal, swatches and other documents that may be requested either by client or AM/SM)
Answering phone calls, drafting of messages or emails
Communicates with clients, suppliers or firms in an accurate manner (this includes measurements if there are changes or cancellations)
Monitoring of updates / feedbacks for certain project and relay to the AM/SM concerned for proper action/s
Printing of Proposals / Quotation
Assist AM or SM during the PP for clients, sales calls, site and project visits
Confirm and coordinates appointments, meetings
Assist in preparing foods and drinks during showroom visit
Monitors Sales’ Office supplies and coordinates re-ordering if needed.
It’s a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multi-task.
Coordinates closely with other departments such as Orders & Designs for client’s inquiries or clarifications under the supervision of the AM or SM.
Maintain an accurate database of customer / firms and prospect information.
Collecting, organizing and clear filing system whether standard filing or electronic type system.
Mans the SHOWROOMS – The Peninsula Manila and Mega Mall Fashion Hall
Attends to walk in clients (in the absence of AM or SM) and provides basic sales duties whenever necessary.
Pick ups check payment from client and deposit the same in the account of the company (BDO).
Performs duties common to all general staff and any other tasks that may be assigned by his or her superiors or from the Executive Office.
