Job Description
To lead the strategic vision and execution for social media presence, ensuring
alignment with brand identity, marketing goals, product launches, and customer lifecycle. The
role requires a fashion-savvy strategist who understands content flow, customer psychology,
and digital growth mechanics.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years experience in social media strategy within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle
industries
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, analytics, A/B testing, and ad funnels
Background in fashion marketing or styling is a major plus
Experience managing creative calendars and campaign launches
High proficiency in brand tone, storytelling, trend forecasting, and community building
Understands the e-commerce journey (discovery > browsing > checkout > loyalty)
Ability to translate macro business needs into micro content goals
Comfortable working with designers, stylists, and performance marketers
Fashion-literate, trend-aware, and passionate about aesthetic storytelling and brand
curation
Highly experienced with marketing funnels, content psychology, and consumer
journey mapping

Knowledge of fashion e-commerce, from brand positioning to conversion rate
optimization and client retention
Capable of managing and enhancing shop integrations (Instagram Shop, Shopify
backend, 3rd party marketplaces like Zalora & The Frankie)
Willing to work 6 days a week — Sunday/Saturday from home as needed
Willing to Work in Taguig for Full Onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute annual-to-daily social media strategy across Meta (IG/FB), TikTok,
YouTube, and IG Shop
Create yearly-monthly Gantt calendars aligned with brand goals, launches, and
campaign timelines, with storytelling, seasonal campaigns, influencer placements, and
community-building pillars
Lead and supervise shooting days and direct creative content execution.- Plan and
manage Shopify website content, homepage visuals, collection drops, and site improvements
Strategize and monitor sponsored campaigns (Meta/IG/FB/google) with full-funnel
structure (TOF–BOF). awareness → interest → desire → action
Generate strategies to drive conversion and traffic to physical locations (Venice Mall,
etc.)
Coordinate with internal designers, stylists, and content creators for brand-consistent
storytelling
Monitor and improve third-party platforms presence (Frankie, Zalora, etc.), aiming for
visibility, consistency, and traffic conversion
Ensure all activities reinforce brand DNA, fashion positioning, and customer journey
Plan the entire customer journey content — from discovery (ads) to conversion
(website/shop) to retention (community)
Collaborate with the graphic designer, copywriter, and CBO for cohesive visual and
messaging output
Analyze data and adjust content/ad strategy based on engagement, sales funnels, and
performance.
Lead Meta ad campaigns (sponsored posts, product catalogs, lead generation,
retargeting)
Oversee website aesthetics, structure, improvements, and functionality
Tools Knowledge (Preferred):
● Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
● Canva, Adobe Suite (as collaborator)
● Notion / Trello / Google Sheets for planning
● Shopify Analytics / GA4 basics
● Email campaign platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
