Job Description
A year or more experience; fresh graduate can also apply;
Good in oral and written English communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other related program
1. Reviews and assist in the establishment of sound internal control procedures in compliance with the requirements of the BIR, local government units and other regulatory agencies.
2. Prepares Monthly Withholding Taxes, VAT returns and Quarterly/Annual Income Tax Return to be filed to BIR.
3. Ensures all taxes, permits and licenses are computed properly and paid on time.
4. Ensures that all required permits are secured and reports mandated by regulatory agencies are submitted on time.
5. Analyzes per expense account to ensure all reported expense account in the books are properly withheld and withholding tax are paid to BIR.
6. Reconcile per account and summarize account schedules for audit requirements both for external auditor and BIR.
7. Ensures BIR form 2307 from customers are properly check the veracity of the form and its content such as period, TIN number and signature, ensure timely reported to BIR.
8. Compute monthly payment of mandatory to all government agencies, ensure that the premium are properly computed and paid on time.
9. Prepares weekly bank reconciliation and coordinate to treasury in obtaining bank statement on time, reconcile cash receipt and cash disbursement, initiate corresponding journal entries on all reconciling items.
10. Responsible in maintaining and monitoring BIR accountable forms listed in the authority to print, ensure that all used form are properly accounted.
