Job Description
* Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
* Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
* Monitor budget performance and assist in financial forecasting
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
* Support year-end closing processes and external audits
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and team leadership skills
