Job Description

Job Purpose:
The R2R Supervisor leads a team responsible for General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation operations across multiple regions (SEA, SA, NAM, LTAM, CORP). This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS and local standards, and driving process improvements within a Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for GL, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Review high-risk balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely remediation of control issues.
Support capital expenditure planning and the global budgeting process.
Collaborate with Country Finance Controllers to proactively resolve financial issues and maintain data integrity.
Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit processes (internal, external, JSOX).
Lead quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders to report performance and escalate issues as needed.
Develop and coach a high-performing team; monitor KPIs and ensure proper knowledge transfer and staff backup plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and identify automation opportunities.
Participate in ERP/system change or enhancement projects as required.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and stakeholder requests with agility and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a Financial Shared Services environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Experience in audit or the logistics industry is preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills with a coaching and performance-driven mindset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communicator with strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Exposure to data analytics is a plus.

Salary:
