Salary: Php 130,000 - Php 160,000 gross

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
-At least 5 years of experience in application development, and leadership role
-At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
-Proficiency in technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, or other enterprise development stacks
-Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality application solutions
-Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
-Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to align development with business goals
-Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
-Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and development processes
