Position: Application Development Team Lead

Location: Pasay
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (US Eastern time)
Salary: Php 130,000 - Php 160,000 gross
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in application development, and leadership role
At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, or other enterprise development stacks
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality application solutions
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to align development with business goals
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and development processes
