Job Description
1. Oversee the team’s daily operations, including attendance, performance, and communication.
2. Monitor team progress towards goals.
3. Analyze and report business performance data to Cainiao.
4. Evaluate team management performance.
5. Ensure timely and transparent communication with Cainiao.
6. Allocate resources to meet customer’s long-term strategic needs.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
2. Strong critical thinking, data analysis, empathy, soft skills, and coaching abilities; experience in team management.
3. Strong troubleshooting and results-oriented mindset.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Work Setup:
• Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based), Night Shift with flexible scheduling options to accommodate US time zones
• Flexible to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Holidays
• Can start immediately
