Job Description

-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology or other Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration (with relevant experience)

-At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar sales role.

-Prior experience in leading a team or handling a territory is highly preferred.

-Strong sales and negotiation skills.

-Leadership and people management skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

-Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and regulatory environment.

-Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets within the assigned territory.

-Monitor sales performance of assigned area, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Maintain regular contact with key healthcare providers (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals).

-Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

-Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.

-Ensure proper positioning of products in line with brand strategy.

-Organize and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, symposia, and product presentations.

-Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, industry codes (e.g., PHAP), and internal policies.

-Gather insights about competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.

-Report market trends, opportunities, and threats to the Sales or Marketing Manager.

-Prepare and submit regular reports (sales, activity, expense reports).

-Ensure timely territory mapping, segmentation, and database updates.
