Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology or other Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration (with relevant experience)
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar sales role.
Prior experience in leading a team or handling a territory is highly preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and regulatory environment.
Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
