Job Description

*Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist preferred), Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology or other Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration (with relevant experience)

*Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including:

- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Territorial Manager)

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

*Strong leadership and team development skills

*Strategic thinking and analytical ability

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

*Highly organized with excellent problem-solving capabilities

*Ability to travel frequently within the district
*Supervise and lead a team of Territorial Managers, Territorial Supervisors, and/or Medical Representatives, set KPI's

*Provide coaching, mentoring, and field support to drive individual and team performance.

*Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed.

*Develop and implement district sales plans in alignment with national objectives.

*Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

*Allocate sales resources efficiently across the territory to maximize market coverage.

*Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members to ensure strategic execution.

*Audit compliance with daily call plans, product positioning, and promotional messaging.

*Ensure optimal territory mapping, route planning, and doctor coverage.

*Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

*Submit timely and accurate reports on district performance, forecasts, and field insights.

*Recommend territory adjustments or strategy shifts based on data.

*Ensure all team activities adhere to company policies, Philippine FDA regulations, and PHAP code of ethics.

*Monitor promotional practices and product use to prevent off-label marketing.

*Work closely with the Marketing Team, Product Managers, and Training Department to ensure consistent field messaging.

*Represent the district in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
