Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist preferred), Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology or other Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration (with relevant experience)
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including:
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Territorial Manager)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel frequently within the district
