Job Description
- Proven work experience in sales management (at least 4-5 years).
- Experience managing a sales team (at least 2 years).
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Knows how to drive and with a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
