Job Description
Lead and manage a sales team, monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to meet targets. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to travel for business needs.
Qualifications
• At least 4–5 years of experience in sales management
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude and excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
