Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk Specialist to manage accounts payable processes. This role involves working independently, following established standards, and continuously improving processes. You will also help mentor junior team members and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable tasks independently and efficiently.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
Continuously improve daily processes and activities.
Mentor junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational goals.
Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge development.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
Education: Professional/university degree (related to finance or accounting is a plus).
Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Leadership: Ability to lead junior team members and set operational objectives.

Working Conditions:
Shift: Night shift (Hybrid work model, in Ayala office and remote).
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
