Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The role includes supervising accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial reporting. You will also ensure adherence to accounting policies, compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and coordinate audit processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proficient in general accounting processes, tax compliance, and audit preparation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
SALARY: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000
