Job Description
We’re looking for an IT Project Analyst Supervisor with expertise in Workday integrations. This role involves managing Workday data integrations, supporting HR processes, and leading a small team to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Workday EIBs (data integrations).
Support HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting).
Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation.
Guide users through HR processes in Workday.
Supervise a small team of analysts.
Assist with reports and dashboards in Workday.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Workday integration experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Workday EIBs and HR modules.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Workday report building experience is a plus.
Desirable:
Workday Studio experience (advanced integrations).
Knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboards.
Working Conditions:
Remote work (must be available for night shift).
Candidates should be based near EDSA Greenfield (for occasional meetings).
