EHS / ESG Systems Analyst

Location: SM Cyber West, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid (report onsite during cadence meetings or as necessary)
Schedule: Night Shift (US hours)
Salary: Up to PHP 120,000 Gross

Position: EHS & ESG Application Administrator
Basic Function:
Responsible for administering and monitoring EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) applications. This includes operational tasks such as upgrades, configuration, testing, training, and providing technical support to end-users globally.

Principal Responsibilities:
-- Act as a technical resource for EHS leaders and end-users
-- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for EHS compliance tools
-- Resolve incidents and problems per SLA using VelocityEHS
-- Handle application requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
-- Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues
-- Maintain vendor/system relationships and support customer care
-- Perform maintenance tasks (e.g., user ID updates, disaster recovery testing)
-- Lead and coordinate EHS system training across platforms and units
-- Execute tasks aligned with team metrics and goals
-- Maintain training and reference documentation
-- Apply project management practices when needed

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, IT, Computer Science, or related field
-- Fluent in spoken and written English

Required Experience:
