Job Description:

1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Monitoring adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
3. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Supporting internal and external audit processes.
5. Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations).
6. Analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
7. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
8. Ensure compliance with the law

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor (familiar with bank transactions, tax computation, billing and collection, payroll)
2. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
5. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
6. Computation of payment of all government statutory benefits such as SSS, HMDF, and Philhealth.
Salary:
