Job Description

- Processes manpower requirements (i.e. hiring, recruitment, etc.)
- Source out qualified candidates, conduct background checking and assists applicants when complying requirements.
- Enrolls new employee to Biometrics system on as in need basis.
- Maintains 201 files of employees ensuring the presence of required personal information and documents (i.e. employment record, training record, medical record, job description, etc.)
- Addressing and answering questions and queries from any employee regarding their position, salary, promotions, or benefits.
- Maintaining an updated database of all employees information and documentation.
- Submission of biometrics to Head Office every Friday for partial time keeping.
- Responsible for time keeping
- Maintains systematic filling of HR and Administrative correspondences/documents.
- Prepare admin forms for different departments, (Overtime, Travel Authority, VL/SL, Change Schedule, etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring performance evaluation for 1.5 months, 3 months & 4.5 months of Probationary employees

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate, preferably BS Psychology or BSBM major in HR Management
- With at least 1 year experience in Human Resource
