Job Description

1. ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS
1.1. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.
1.1.1. Ensures that all accounts payable are properly reviewed, duly supported with documents, properly approved, and released within Turn Around Time (TAT) and due dates.

1.2. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
1.2.1. Ensures that accounts receivables are collected on time, demand notices are consistently made and followed up to minimize aging of uncollectible.

1.3. GENERAL ACCOUNTING
1.3.1. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and provides guidance to the Accounting Staff and Accounting Supervisor on their areas of concerns.
1.3.2. Plans, implements, and supervises the company’s financial strategy
1.3.3. Ensures that accounting records are duly supported with the required documents, posted properly accounting to its correct categories.
1.3.4. Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces financial reports or statements.
1.3.5. Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
1.3.6. Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
1.3.7. Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
1.3.8. Improves systems and directs staffs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
1.3.9. Establishes and maintains fiscal files and records to document transactions.

1.4. PAYROLL & OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PAYMENT
1.4.1. Ensures that payroll & employee benefits are computed accurately and released within Turn Around Time (TAT).

2. BUDGET CONTROL & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
2.1. Consolidates company-wide budget for the year and issues monthly budget reviews.
2.2. Provides timely reports on budget and variance analysis within Turn Around Time (TAT).
2.3. Provides advise to Management on cost-savings initiatives.
2.4. Evaluates financial documents for inefficiencies and suggests solutions to problems.
2.5. Makes recommendation to Management regarding financial decisions.

3. COMPLIANCE
3.1. Ensures that all government mandatories, filings, registrations, and renewals are complied within Turn Around Time (TAT).

4. WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
4.1. Oversees the smooth operations of the Warehouse Section in terms of timeliness and accuracy of ordering, receiving, storage and maintenance and distribution of requests for materials, supplies, equipment from Clinic Branches and other revenue centers.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Accountancy
LICENSURE CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
• 6 years of more experience in a managerial capacity handling accounting function
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
