Job Description
Contract Type: Direct Hire
Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000
Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Work Setup: Onsite
Assigned Office: QUEZON CITY
Job Responsibilities:
• Must be BS Electrical Engineer
1. As Resident and Relations Engineer he is responsible for the monitoring of compliance of our
residents.
2. The security reports to him for every violation committed by the residents and encodes all
incidents that have happened.
3. Responsible for approving the work permit, Gatepass, Special use of elevator and inspects the
unit and ensures that no hazards present during absence/stay in the unit of the owner when they
file a move in and move out form.
4. Responsible for the approval of renovation permits and ensures that construction guidelines are
being followed during the renovation phase.
5. To liaise directly with the owner on concerns and should they request the presence of
an engineer during major concerns, the PE should go upon request.
6. Encode all Permits to be submitted to the property Manager for her checking.
7. Encode all Water Reading of residents every 28th of the month.
8. Inspect and investigate all units with the high consumption and inform them that they have
exceeded the normal consumption of units for water.
9. Perform a random quality check on all units that are under renovation. Before performing the
task, he/she must inform the owner to avoid technicalities while entering a private property of the
unit owner.
10. Understand and document all resident concerns and recommend the best solution to the
owner having the concern
11. Conducts a safety meeting with the resident’s contractor before renovation.
12. Assist the Property Manager with regards to the compliance of the by laws of the condominium
corporation.
