Job Description
Job summary:
This position is responsible in processing orders of concession and consignment outlets, outright customers and reseller clients. It is imperative that the position ensures timely and smooth delivery of the orders.
Job responsibility:
• Sales order processing
Process orders of concessions and/or outright clients timely and accurately, including preparation of needed attachment and documents such as labels, delivery notification, etc.
Monitors unserved items and corrdinates with AE and/or promodisers on scheduling of delivery.
• Delivery coordination
Coordinates with Warehouse and Dispatching Department (WDD) in the delivery of items and for special instructions regarding delivery, ensuring that the orders are delivered on time.
Coordinates with inventory controller in the availability of locally produced items to ensure that stocks are available on the date required.
Process orders and allocations of VisMin offices, ensuring that documents are properly endorsed to warehouse.
Attends to inquiries, issues and concerns of concession outlets and if necessary, coordinates with proper department/s to address the concern such as wrong delivery of items, lacking parts, etc.
• Report preparation
Prepares reports concerning the ff:
a) Delivery concerns and backloads
b) Outright pull-out monitoring
c) Unserved items report
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job qualifications:
• At least college graduate
• Preferred with office base experience
• Computer skills
• Pleasing personality
• Hardworking, willing to learn and keen to details
• He/She is patient, honest, adaptable and a team player
• Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Ave.)
