Job Description
Serve as the company's representative in meetings, consultations, and negotiations with local government units (LGUs) and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate and process applications for permits, licenses, and clearances in a timely and compliant manner.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with government officials, and negotiations with local government units (LGUs) and regulatory bodies.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all permits and correspondence with government entities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
Must be willing to travel and do field work within the first district of Batangas
Having a work experience as a Liaison Officer or Permitting Officer is an advantage
Being knowledgeable in securing permits, licenses, or requirements from BIR, Registry of Deeds, and Treasurer's Office is a plus but not required.
