Job Description

The Administrative Staff provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They handle a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including documentation, scheduling, filing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities
-Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
-Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required
-Assist in payroll processing, billing, and other basic accounting tasks
-Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
-Female
-College degree in Business Administration or related field
-Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Discretion with confidential information
