- Job Responsibilities: -The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts. -Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents. -Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer patient or member queries related to healthcare plans, benefits, and billing
• Assist with insurance claims processing, pre-authorizations, and account updates
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, facilities, or insurance companies as neede
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA or data privacy standards
• Provide timely, empathetic, and professional service to every interaction
Qualifications:
• Open to fresh graduates
• High School graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and patient in handling sensitive or emotional inquiries
• Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules (including holidays/weekends, if needed)
