Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage project teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to company methodologies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation
*Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
*Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
*Create and manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
*Identify and secure necessary resources (human, financial, material).
*Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses as needed.

Project Execution & Monitoring
*Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and providing clear direction.
*Monitor project progress, tracking milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
*Implement and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
*Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans.
*Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
*Conduct regular project meetings (kick-off, status, review) with team members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication & Management
*Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
*Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
*Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns effectively.

Project Closure
*Formalize project completion, including obtaining final approvals and sign-offs.
*Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
*Archive project documentation and ensure proper handover of deliverables.
*Release project resources.

Methodology & Best Practices
*Adhere to established project management methodologies and company processes.
*Continuously seek to improve project management processes and tools.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer and other related courses.
*4-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
*Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
*Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
