Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift or Midshift
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 50,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 4 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of BPO
- Experience handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensure to have a strong sourcing process that will gain a great candidate
- Make sure to attend some job fair and networking event to meet some possible candidate
- Develop some hiring strategies and plans to attract a potential candidate
- Collaborate to the hiring manager to identify what the needed staffing of each department
