Position: Senior Transformation Consultant
Company Industry: BPO Company/ IT Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary Offer: Php 150,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any related course.
At least 6 years experience Human Resource transformation space.
At least 3 years experience in Talent Management including Recruitment, Performance Management, Competency Modelling, Career Framework, Reward Design and Strategic Role Assessment.
Amendable to work in a shifting schedule.
Amendable to work onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Examine current HR procedures, such as hiring, performance reviews, employee engagement, workforce planning, and pay and benefits, to find any weaknesses or potential areas for development.
Create all-encompassing HR transformation plans that complement the business objectives of the organization, including determining key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge progress.
Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to automate processes, improve data analysis, and enhance employee experience.
Design and optimize HR workflows, streamlining operations to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
