QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, C&B, and talent management.
