Job Description
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Filipino (both written and verbal).
Bachelor s degree in Languages, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator/interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing terminology and production floor protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical writing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in translation or interpretation.
Familiarity with manufacturing standards, workplace safety protocols, or technical drawings.
Experience supporting cross-border teams or Chinese-Filipino business operations.
Work Conditions:
Based in a manufacturing plant; must be comfortable on the production floor.
May require occasional shift work or overtime, depending on operational demands.
Budget: Php 30 – 40K

Working hour: 5.5 days per week
