Job Opportunity: Mandarin-English-Filipino Translator (Manufacturing Plant)

�� About the Role:
We are looking for a trilingual translator (Mandarin-English-Filipino) to join our team
and support communication across our multicultural manufacturing environment. The
ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging language barriers between Chinese
and Filipino workers, to ensure clear transfer of technology and smooth operations on
the plant floor

�� Key Responsibilities:
 Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and daily
plant operations.
 Translate technical documents, SOPs, safety manuals, and internal
communications between Mandarin, English, and Filipino.
 Assist in facilitating communication between Chinese and Filipino staff across
departments (Production, HR, Safety, Engineering).
 Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations to minimize
miscommunication and workplace errors.
 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

�� Qualifications:
 Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Filipino (both written and verbal).
 Bachelor degree in Languages, Communications, Business, or a related
field.
 Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator/interpreter, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial setting.
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing terminology and production floor
protocols.
 Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical writing.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

�� Preferred Qualifications:
 Certification in translation or interpretation.
 Familiarity with manufacturing standards, workplace safety protocols, or technical
drawings.
 Experience supporting cross-border teams or Chinese-Filipino business
operations.

�� Work Conditions:
 Based in a manufacturing plant; must be comfortable on the production floor.
 May require occasional shift work or overtime, depending on operational
demands.
Budget: Php 30 – 40K

Work location: Cavite City

Working hour: 5.5 days per week

Probation: 6 months
