Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Post job openings on various online platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and personality fit
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and ensure that they align with the organization's compensation policies
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of any Bachelors Course, Psychology or any equivalent
- Must have 6 months to 1 year working experience in Construction Company
- Demonstrated knowledge in Recruitment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving ability.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
