Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, particularly in maintaining accurate personnel records and managing the recruitment process, while also being exposed to other core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and deployment of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, including historical employment data of each employee Conduct close monitoring of candidate status and ensure timely updates on hiring pipelines.
• Facilitate and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Draft, prepare, and release letters, memos, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Coordinate with department heads, sales coordinators, retailers, cooperatives, and agencies for staffing needs and employee concerns.
• Assist in the administration and tracking of performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assist in resolving employee concerns and inquiries.
• Will be exposed to various facets of Human Resource administration as part of professional growth
• Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or related fields.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and discretion.
• Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and attentive to details.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with various levels of the organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
