Job Description

* Provide administrative support support including data entry, file management, and document processing
* Assist in the coordination and execution of HR functions, such as onboarding, employee records management, benefit administration, and employee engagement
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR service
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant HR regulations and company policies
* Assist in administering employee benefits (HMO, retirement, leave policies, payroll)
* Contribute to the development and delivery of employee communications and training benefits
* Contribute to enhancing total rewards offerings to attract and retain talent

We're looking for:

* Demonstrated experience in an HR Assistant or administrative support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and willing to learn
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
