Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the executive(s), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communication, and confidential tasks. This role requires excellent time management skills, a strong ability to multitask, and impeccable discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences (including logistics and materials).
Track and follow up on key deliverables and action items.
Assist in preparing agendas and take detailed meeting minutes.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs or summaries as needed.
Support special projects and initiatives led by the executive.
Manage office operations related to the executive team (if in-person).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
