Engineering Staff

Responsibilities
 Observe and follow company rules & regulations and safety regulation.
 Responsible for ensuring the accurate release of engineering information.
 Responsible for maintaining the engineering record, file, drawing and other
 Monitor daily technician’s attendance.
 Encode machine downtime and generate result of machine efficiency every day.
 Update engineering bulletin board on a monthly basis.
 Monitor and update the calibration for company equipment.
 Send email to all relevant function regarding monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
 Update the PM and calibration results every end of the month
 Prepare PRS for all engineering request.
 Gather all equipment data of PM and calibration for the monthly report.
 Monitor and update the engineering consumption and send to relevant function every 11th of the month.
 Assigned as trainer to all new and cross training operator.
 Help Supervisor/Equipment Engineer to generate engineering documentation like DIR and TDA.
 Follow instruction given by Equipment Engineer and Engineering Manager
