Engineering Sr. Supervisor

・In charge in establishing and improving method procedure and system in set-up and repair.
・Responsible to gather data for over-all Equipment Efficiency metric.
・Review and analyze over-all Equipment Efficiency result.
・Make an action plan to improve over-a;; equipment efficiency.
・Planning and scheduling plan and unplanned work of technician.
・Part of diagnosing breakdown problem.
・Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technician.
・Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost.
・Participate on daily operational meeting.
・Participate on monthly management review.
・Liaising with other department to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of
costly breakdown, and develop strategies to improve reliability.
