Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Novell eDirectory and related identity infrastructure

Provide L3 support for incidents, requests, and operational issues

Implement and automate identity provisioning workflows and synchronization

Lead efforts in system migrations, upgrades, and integrations

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and security requirements

Conduct system performance tuning and ensure operational uptime

Analyze directory data and support compliance requirements using internal tools

Stay updated with best practices in identity management and Linux environments

Job Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Advanced skills in Linux OS administration, including RHEL

Expert in Novell eDirectory, NetIQ Access Manager, and IDM Console

Proficient with LDAP, Apache Tomcat, NDSD service

Strong background in Active Directory, Azure AD

Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio and identity data tools

Familiar with ITIL framework and service ticketing systems

Experience in automation and scripting within Linux environments

Behavioral & Soft Skills:

At least years of experience in infrastructure experience focusing on Novell/Linux systems

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Team-oriented with global collaboration experience

Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Willing to travel occasionally

Excellent English communication; Italian reading is a plus
