Job Description
We're looking for a driven and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing BPO team in Taguig. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales and customer engagement. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and services that meet their needs, and helping drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Effectively present and sell company products or services tailored to customer requirements.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Address objections and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow established compliance and quality standards in every interaction.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of college education completed, with no remaining back subjects.
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in BPO sales is required.
Strong verbal communication skills with C1-level English proficiency.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
Open to working in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed.
