Job Description

In this role, you’ll handle inquiries related to orders, payments, product information, returns, and more—all through live chat. You’ll be the online voice of the brand, helping customers have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and account issues
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Fast typing speed (at least 40 WPM is a plus)
- Experience in chat support or e-commerce is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
