Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As a key part of the sales team, the Solar Appointment Setter is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers and scheduling qualified appointments for our solar consultants. You will play a crucial role in helping homeowners understand the benefits of solar energy and transitioning to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, send emails, or engage in door-to-door interactions to prospective customers.
Educate homeowners on the basics of solar power and the benefits of switching to renewable energy.
Qualify leads based on company criteria (location, property type, energy usage, etc.).
Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our solar sales representatives.
Maintain and update CRM software with lead details and call outcomes.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred in solar or home improvement industries)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable working with CRM systems and calling software
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about solar energy systems
Willing to work onsite
Can start immediately

Preferred:
Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
