Job Title: Telemarketer – Solar Energy

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic solar energy sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our solar energy consultants. You will play a key role in educating potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers.
Promote solar energy solutions and educate prospects on the environmental and financial benefits.
Use a provided script and tailor conversations to match customer needs.
Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and location.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct consultations or site visits.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
Handle customer objections in a professional manner and provide appropriate follow-up.
Stay updated on solar products, pricing, rebates, and financing options.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (solar experience is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goal-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Willing to work onsite ; Can start ASAP

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of solar energy products, installation processes, or energy savings concepts.
Experience working with Australian, U.S., or UK markets (if applicable to your company).
Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent.
