Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of BPO experience, with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience. If you are passionate about sales, have experience in customer service, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a shifting schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, product offerings, and sales needs.
Provide excellent customer service while promoting and selling products and services tailored to customers' needs.
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer issues or concerns related to products or services, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Document and track customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Process orders, returns, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate.
1-year BPO experience with at least 6 months of sales experience (preferably in a call center or customer service environment).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner.
Comfortable working in a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
